At Framingham Youth Football and Cheer, we believe in the transformative power of sports to shape character and inspire growth. Guided by experienced coaches and supported by a vibrant community, we strive to create positive and meaningful athletic experiences that empower our youth on and off the field.

At Framingham Youth Football and Cheer, our objectives are rooted in creating a positive, inclusive, and enriching environment for all participants. Our goals include:
Fostering Wholesome Competition:
Providing a competitive atmosphere that adheres to our rules and regulations, ensuring the safety and well-being of all young football players and cheerleaders.
Teaching Fundamentals:
Offering comprehensive instruction in the fundamentals of football and the coordination of cheerleading activities, promoting skill development and growth.
Promoting Values:
Instilling the principles of good sportsmanship, teamwork, high moral and physical standards, and the importance of academic excellence.
Encouraging Inclusivity:
Ensuring our program is open to all, regardless of race, gender, ability, or nationality, making youth football and cheerleading a space for everyone.

Helping participants develop self-esteem and confidence through constructive challenges and successes.

Alex Perez
FYFC President
My name is Alex Perez. I am the FYFC President. This is my 12th year coaching football. I have been a board member for the past 11 years and President for the past 4 years. I love the football game and how it teaches the athletes that they start as strangers, but at the end of the season, they are brothers. They are in the trenches fighting for each other. Not only does the sport bring the athletes together, but the families, too. You can find me at almost every field and arena throughout the year: lacrosse, baseball, hockey, and football.

My name is Taylor George. I have been involved with FYFC since I first started cheering when I was 6 years old. I became a coach in the 2021 season and have been both a head coach and an assistant coach each season since then. I have a passion for cheerleading and have enjoyed my years coaching some wonderful athletes.
I look forward to taking on the role or registrar and ensuring we have a seamless season for your child.
Elizabeth Sullivan
FYFC Cheer Coordinator/Registrar
My name is Elizabeth Sullivan. Between Youth Cheer, High School Cheer and All-Star cheer I have 20 years of coaching experience. I have been involved with FYFC since the 2021 as both assistant and head coach roles. I have a passion for developing athletes, building strong teams, and fostering a positive, empowering environment for young cheerleaders. As I step into the cheer coordinator role I hope to bring all of my knowledge to the coaching staff and elevate our cheerleaders experience both on and off the mat.
